The company was established in 2001 in Thessaloniki and has been operating in its current form as omicron3 since 2011. From the beginning, our mission has been to ensure food quality and protect public health.

I am Konstantinos Kavelas, head of omicron3. I studied Agriculture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Department of Food Science and Technology, and hold an MSc in Food Quality Assurance and Public Health from the School of Medicine, University of Thessaly.

With over 20 years of experience, I have designed and implemented numerous food quality assurance studies and their application in businesses in Thessaloniki, Macedonia, the Cyclades, and other regions of Greece.

We design and implement customized solutions for each business, taking into account their specific needs and industry requirements. Our expertise and know-how ensure that every study and application fully complies with current regulations and standards.

In addition, omicron3 fully covers disinfection and pest control needs, leveraging the expertise of experienced partners to deliver high-quality services while maintaining personal contact and accountability.
